This extension lets you easily manage your chats. It allows you to see all the chats from the last hour or day, reply directly from the chat, and forward messages to your email.

With this, you can send instant messages or images to customers and forward their messages directly to your email. You can also use this to send private messages to your team, so they don’t lose track of the information, and so you can respond quickly to their inquiries.

With this, you can send and receive chat notifications in your time frame. You can choose to get instant notifications from the chat or just be notified after a customer has been online.

If you’re offline, then the app will send you notifications directly on your device. It also supports multiple notification types, so you can get notified with an instant message, a link, or a general notification.

Crisp is also integrated with Zendesk and Slack, so you can use the Zendesk and Slack chat and forward messages to your email.
